hv read and watch the trailer a few times b4 finally watching it myself
superb trailer n evokes a lot of human life emotions

well,the story is abt Benjamin Button who was borned under unusual circumstances
he was borned an 80years old man.when every1 is aging forward,he is getting younger 4wrd
it is clearly depicted by the clock turning anti-clockwise

Young Benjamin learning how to walk,guided by his adopted mother

as he grows younger he met a little gurl named Daisy
sumting just clicked the 1st time they met,there was a spark btwn them
love how the story was narrated,flashback wit the very old Daisy lying down in the hospital hving lotsa sickness and pain.alongside wit her was her daughter who she asked to read the book written by Benjamin (her lover)
it was sad when Benjamin's closest relatives n love 1 starts to passaway 1 by 1
n he has to endured the pain goin thru it

He is checking his muscles,cute

as he ventured off home to look for self discoveries,he realize wat life has to offer him

there was a funny scene,when Benjamin's colleagues were at a brothel(ayam place) to hv some fun.tht time he looks like a 60years old man
the captain asked if he ever been wit a woman.he honestly said 'never'.hehe
then the capt brought him 2 pick a gurl 2 get himself unvirgin.woo

the real reason he joined the show was to be reunited wit his long lost love of his life,Latika
cos Jamal knows every1 will b watching including her

hoping sumday will b reunited wit her

but plenty of obstacles along the way
another thing about this show tht was amazing were the songs along the movie
very authentic indian theme wit a mix of english tune.nice 4 the ears 2 hear
flash forward to the questions,he confidently answered it w/o hesitation making ppl suspicious whether this guy is a fraud
dun wanna spill too much beans over here,u will enjoy this movie a lot

most of the tasks r about asking a gurl in the club 2 kiss them,making them fall 4 them,seducing them with their words n charm, n others

it is super funny n realistic show

the players gotta possessed the 101 art of seductions in order to succeed

the show has four expert judges
they r there 2 criticize or compliment their every moves
n they oso decide who wins after 3 rounds
the winner gets to access the vip party with free flow drinks n lotsa sexy girls for company.woo

On friday,had a wonderful time watching Mamma Mia movie with none other than my mamma.hehe
there is no1 better to watch it than wit ur old lady

initially when the movie comes out,nvr crossed my mind 2 c as i prejudged it 2 b some kinda lame and boring show
cos the casts are all old fellas,oni know pierce brosnan is in the show (he is the former james bond character) - The name is Bond,James Bond

then read some news of it thru the star,the musical is coming 2 istana budaya this dec.the paper raved so much that you shud go n c it bcos it is a superbly executed movie with the everlasting abba songs

being a mama's boy,teman my mom go c the movie since she is dying 2 c the show
as she is a huge fan of mamma mia n abba dating back to the old days
din had much expectation 4 the show as i m feeling indifferent.2 make it a little special,belanja her c at pavilion.hehe

as the show started,wau wau wau
the soon 2 b bride,Sophie sang "i hv a dream".i m blown away from that second
she got a superb voice

as the show progresses,i m feeling very excited 2 hear more abba songs n c hilarious moments

i must say this show blew me away after i watched the 1st few episodes of season 1
a show u can always relate 2 cos these young guys n gurls are experiencing the normal transitions in life n the temptation that goes with growing up in the upper east side (orang kaya place)
my fave character is Chuck,really bad boy but has a good heart at times for his friend nate.he sumhow fall in love for the arrogant n bitchy Blair
wat a pairing,not written in stones.hehe

keeps us asking more questions than providing answers
thit is wat brilliant shows distinguishes itself from those average 1

Brilliant Batman but Ok X-Files

Managed 2 c The Dark Knight and X-Files - I Want to Believe few days bck

initially the dark knight started a little slow n not impressed by batman fighting the bad guys.kinda fake at times.the red cliff fighting scenes are more believable
then as the story start 2 progress,then oni started 2 feel excited as the joker plan 2 kill the batman n cause havoc 2 gotham ppl.

heath ledger is amazing,love the way he says n the times he pause in between to telan his saliva a little n con't.hehe.there are three best lines from him that i remembered.scary and funny

early on when he came in 2 interrupt the baddies gathering,he said he wanna show them a magic.
1) Joker:wanna see a magic
i can make this pencil disappear
(then he puts the pencil vertically down on the table)
One of the bad guy came 2 stop him,he effortlessly take his head n aim it at the pencil n he fell down wit the pencil on his head
Joker: see,now it's gone
: it's magic

they save the best for last.amazing twist and turn tat happened in the show
the most stand out character is Heath Ledger potrayal as Joker.love this guy.very fun 2 watch character

the last action where batman wears the sonar specs is amazing fighting off the joker guys,the special effects they create is brilliant n fast pace

the way the batmobile was ejected is amazing

nvm,since i m a fan of the show,dun mind sitting n watching Mulder n Scully fighting of extra-ordinary stuff again

movie started off with this old priest Father Joseph having vision of an FBI agent being abducted and a bunch of FBI guys trying 2 locate her in a snowy field

these fella looking 4 their fren in the ice,keep searching

here comes Mulder n Scully bck into the team to help n search for this missing person.the oni way 2 save them is to believe.yeah just believe

Father Joseph kept having this vision of the agent abducted and the abductor but the FBI guys just dun seem to believe in this old paedophile(yeah just like MJ) except our hero Mulder

Things are at a crossroad when Mulder needs Scully 2 b with him in the case but our heroine got her little issues that she is no more an FBI agent n she dun wanna b living in the darkness goin along with Mulder.oso she got a sick sick patient who she needs 2 save,this boy got terminal disease.so sad

nice n emotional scene,Mulder gotta go 2 find the gurl,Scully hv 2 stay to treat the boy

the abductor tangkap all these ladies and chop off their head in order to use it 2 save another man life,they hv experimented it with dogs which is successful in Russia.so now the panel of doctors from Russia are goin 2 execute it with humans.very hard 2 believe rite.u just hv 2 blieve when u r watching the x-file.not any ordinary file.hehe

in short these bad guys use the body of the lady n combined wit the head of a guy 2 save the guy from cancer.woo,kinda unpredictable but true.

Mulder head almost got chopped off at the end if not for Scully last minute believe 2 go save him and quest for the truth

wau,nice smooching by them,long time they did not do it.hehe

I picked to watch Red Cliff over The Dark Knight although i m made 2 blive batman smash all box office record in the opening weekend.watever la,save to watch it another day


i m blown away n inspired after the show.how we chinese ppl are so smart in waging wars n strategizing 4 it.these guys really read Sun Tzu - Art of War book

here is my little review of it

basically i have a rough and concise idea what the movie might transpire although never read about "The Chronicles of the Three Kingdom" or "Romance of the Three Kingdom".in simple layman's term the movie depicts how Zhou Yu (Tony Leung) and Zhuge Liang (Takeshi Kaneshiro) lead 200000 men to defeat Prime Minister Cao Cao (Zhang Fengyi) armies of 800000 invasion against warlords Liu Bei (You Yong) and Sun Quan (Chang Chen) whom he claims to be a threat to the Han Dynasty ....(sigh) or his other more erotic motive.

the movie speeds off with civilian exodus from the hands of Cao Cao terror and a land battle ensues between Liu Bei forces.the latter troops are highly outnumbered and this marks the introduction of his three sworn brothers Guan Yu,Zhang Fei and Zhao Yun in fearless action.the legendary brothers fought tooth and nail against Cao Cao soldiers.Round 1 Cao Cao won and Liu Bei men have to retract and in search of help and alliance from master strategist Zhuge Liang, viceroy and chief commander Zhou Yu and Sun Quan.

round 2 begins with a smaller scale battle of Cao Cao soldiers against the new and improved alliance of Liu Bei.Both Zhou Yu and Zhuge Liang masterminded the "Bagua" or Eight Tiagrams Formation attack which was kinda outdated but highly effective when executed according to them.the enemy were fooled into the trick and trapped inside.what follows was a brilliant deployment of strikes to subdue them.the entrapment scene was amazingly choreograph.so,the scores now are even at 1-1.

but the ultimate battle is about to begin in Red Cliff whereby the naval attack by Cao Cao compirising countless ships (lost count of it) with 800000 men onboard will be encroaching the fortress guarded by Zhou Yu people.for the record,in case you are like me who did not read the books or worst the first paragragh the impossible combat is won by the smart and courageous minnows.well,to see the chinese version of david vs goliath final battle,we just have to wait until Jan 2009.

Zhao Wei asking his brother 2 drink,since he is such in a dilemma,fight or surrender?
at the end of the show,one will be amazed of the spectacular fighthing scenes and choreography if not had some goosebumps along the 2hrs journey.the storytelling is very character driven with amazing performances by Tony Leung, Takeshi Kaneshiro and Zhang Fengyi followed by the 3 sworn brothers of Liu Bei and minor character by Nakamura Shido who plays General Gan Xing.the only setback was the cameo appearance by Lin Chi Ling,how i wish her beauty can be stretch more than 4minutes in the the first film.phew!fingers crossed she will b having more dialogues in the second part.

Cao Cao's object of desire.isn't she lovely

John Woo has made us Asian very proud with an outstanding movie that can be put on par with the biggest blockbuster to date.Shoot me if this film don't get nominated for Best Foreign Movie in the upcoming Oscars or the least win an accolade at the Hong Kong movie awards.

If it really doesn't win anything,at least it won the title of "Asia Most Expensive Movie".i wanna live long to watch more movies,so show some mercy for a fellow asian.

Slit Mouthed Woman (SMW), any1 wanna date her?

in case u wonder,wat the fuck is slit mouthed woman -- it is a woman that has her mouth slit or kena potong like that

a mouth that is slit kinda looks bad as it brings a bad taste 2 ppl looking or wanna talked 2 u.ouch

anyway i just came bck from watching this smw at mvalley wit lyn n sling.b4 i watched kinda survey a bit d abt the show.it was shown in japan in 2007 n was a big hit n spurned a sequel 2 it.they gonna hv smw 2.

basically the story is like this ...
Three decades ago, a Japanese suburb was terrorized by the vengeful spirit of a woman in a surgical mask who asked victims, "Am I pretty?" before slaughtering them. Now, children in this community are disappearing again, leaving police and teachers to discover the reason and put an end to the new wave of carnage

this smw got a really good tool 2 help her b more eerie.a fucking(just 2 express) long razor sharp sciccors.man,it can really cut out a person head lo or perhaps a tree.there was a point when the smw opens the sciccors 2 kill which the sound(kinda loud n horrifying)of it makes a lady behind me scream.sumhow others who heard it kinda laugh when it was supposed 2 b a suspense moment.hehe

afterall the show was good.kinda like it.the storyline was nice.
