~~ Um, the guy shouldn't start with RM50, he should start small. It used to, I'd start with 5 dollar, then they would take 20. This is part of the tactic negotiation. Think of them as a beggar, they would settle at 10. Just remember they are here to beg, not to protect, then you'll be fine. For the folks who think the guy should just pay 300, it doesn't work that way, because when you go to pay your fine, the 300 is still going to the ppl who work there.
